Admissions
Welcome to a Christ-Centered, Classical Education
At Weathermore Academy, we partner with parents and churches to form young men and women who think deeply, live faithfully, and lead wisely. Our goal is not just academic excellence, but discipleship of the whole person — equipping students to serve Christ in their families, communities, and churches.
We seek families who:
-
Desire education fully rooted in Christ, not added on.
-
Value the formation of character, virtue, and wisdom alongside academic growth.
-
Appreciate the classical tradition, great books, and ordered learning.
-
Embrace structure, discipline, and respect as goods, not burdens.
-
Desire meaningful, lived learning experiences — in nature, craftsmanship, recitation, and applied knowledge.
-
See education as a long-term calling, not just convenience.
Admission Process
Step 1: Connect with Us: Open House, Personal Tour, Request Info, or Virtual Call
Families can choose the connection that works best for them:
-
Open House: Experience our campus, meet faculty and students, and see our Christian, Classical, Traditional, and Experiential approach in action.
-
Request Info: Receive a personalized email from the Headmaster addressing your questions about the school, its mission, and enrollment process.
-
Virtual Call: Have a private conversation with the Headmaster to discuss your child’s gifts, goals, and alignment with Weathermore Academy’s mission.
-
Personal Tour: Schedule a one-on-one tour to explore classrooms, observe student learning, and discuss your child’s interests with the Headmaster.
Explore how Weathermore Academy supports your child’s faith, character, and intellectual growth.

Step 2: Shadow Day
-
Students in grades 1 and up spend a day experiencing life at WA to determine if our school is a good fit for their family.
-
Observe classes, meet students and teachers, and experience our Christian, Classical, Traditional, and Experiential approach firsthand.
Step 3: Application, Testing, and Interview
-
Complete the student application, providing basic information about your child and family.
-
Participate in assessments or testing appropriate for your child’s grade level to help the admissions team understand their academic readiness.
-
Attend a personal interview with the Headmaster or admissions team to discuss your child’s gifts, learning style, and alignment with Weathermore Academy’s mission and values.
-
The interview is an opportunity for two-way conversation: for you to ask questions, and for us to ensure the school is the right fit for your family.

Step 4: Determination
-
Admissions team reviews the application, testing results, and interview.
-
Families receive a clear determination regarding acceptance and next steps.
Step 5: Enrollment & Onboarding
-
Complete enrollment paperwork and tuition selection.
-
Submit financial aid application if applicable.
-
Receive a personalized onboarding plan to prepare your child for a successful start at Weathermore Academy.
