Voco (vocāre) — to call
Teaching here is a vocation of shaping minds and forming character within a classical Christian vision of truth, goodness, and beauty. We are not filling roles—we are cultivating a culture that is serious, enduring, and faithful.
We are looking for teachers who want to build something lasting. This requires alignment with a shared standard, patience in the work, and a willingness to be formed alongside students and colleagues.
Our classrooms are ordered and purposeful. Students are trained to think carefully, speak clearly, and attend with discipline. Teachers lead with calm authority, intellectual seriousness, and genuine care for the person in front of them. Warmth is present, but not casual; structure is present, but not rigid. The aim is formation.
We teach within a classical framework that values great texts, disciplined inquiry, and the integration of faith across all subjects. Learning is not reduced to performance or efficiency, but oriented toward wisdom and virtue under Christ.
We are seeking alignment with a shared vision that may ask more, take longer, and require deeper commitment than typical models of schooling. In return, the work is meaningful, the culture is intentional, and the goal is the long-term formation of students who think deeply, live faithfully, and lead wisely.
